I’ve heard that this isn’t uncommon with Lupus patients, whereas with other conditions, ESR is a more useful marker?

Mine came down by changing my diet. I eat anti inflammatory foods everyday. Stay away from processed foods.

I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus 6 years ago! I also had to have my thyroid removed 7 years ago! When I’m in a flare my sed rate stays about the same????

I am a woman over 50. All blood work ok except SED rate high at 86. Rheum. doesn’t seem concerned enough to repeat test tree months later!
