The sun really makes me flare. I get skin rashes, fatigue, swelling in my legs, hands. Feet Face, eyelids. I also get sores on my lips if I don’t t use a protective sunscreen lip product.. and sores in my mouth. I use sunscreen 50+, brimmed hat, sit under an umbrella. Try not to go out when sun is hottest.. i may end up increasing my oral steroids. I am on Benlysta monthly, my symptoms are not as bad as previously, but are still there
