I developed Lupus when I was working in a very stressful environment in the ministry of defense. My lupus is mild. But it flares up whenever I got anxious. It flares up whenever I want to writing with my laptop lol. Maybe I got PTSD from the past working experience???

I am a lupus warrior and have been foremost of my life. It has affect my eyes and I have neuropathy in my feet and hands. I have the brain fog and yes, feel depressed and isolated.
