my rheumtilogist ordered 50,000 units vit D3/week , seeing that i also have osteopenia; highly photosensetive and cannot tolerte th last amt of sunlight.

Am on prescribed 50,000 mg of Vitamin D2 and wonder if I should also be on D3 as well.

My Rheumatologist has me on 6000 mg for 6 weeks then 2000mg daily. Hopefully we’ll see an improvement. Anemia is another constant issue
