Hi Jennifer, I was diagnosed with lupus by one doctor years ago but the last two years I’ve had to blood test by two different doctors that was negative, I develop dry mouth year had ago just out of nowhere I saw a ENT he did let biopsy checked my saliva glands they were normal did bloodwork for Sjogren’s that was normal just so frustrating not knowing why I have tried everything on the market. Search the web, I use sugar-free wintergreen lifesavers cut up into four pieces and put a piece under my tongue or in my cheek, which helps me fall asleep at night. I felt if I wake up, I’ll put another piece in my mouth The doctor prescribed medication to produce saliva. If you’re not on a medication you should definitely ask your rheumatoid doctor about it.
