What are your health goals for 2020?

To get my Hemolytic Anemia stabilized without having to go back on Prednisone.  To get my back and hip Lupus Arthritis concerns in check.  To find alternative ways to deal with my pain so that I’m not dependent on my Doctor, because no matter how much you prove that you’re not an addict for pain meds, Doctors are caving into the system and being less compassionate every day. It’s terrifying.

I’ve already taken some steps by looking into the Medical Marijuana Programs in my city, but the jury is still out.  I have learned to tolerate a lot of pain since my diagnosis.  I will stay active and try to infuse a bit of exercise into my routine.
